Job Description

Are you a professional, well organised and professional PA looking for work? If this is you, we have a great opportunity to join an established Public Sector employer in the centre of Cardiff.

This is a hybrid working role, with 2/3 days in the office per week and the remainder at home. Equipment will be provided and it is essential candidates have a suitable internet connection at home.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Sending out corporate updates
  • Occasional minute taking
  • Supporting senior managers activities
  • Managing inbox and email correspondence

This is an ongoing temporary role whilst this fantastic employer is recruiting on a permanent basis and is likely to lead to further work, potentially leading to something fixed-term or permanent for the right candidate with this employer of choice.
