We are actively recruiting for the PA to the CEO ( with some support to the wider C-suite team) of an Underwriters within the Lloyds insurance market.
This is a traditional Senior PA role that requires traditional 1-1 support for the CEO and includes the need for good Shorthand skills
It requires a highly experienced 1-1 PA with strong stable experience in the City corporate sector who can bring professionalism, organisational skills and outstanding PA experience to provide a first class and proactive 1-1 PA service to the CEO and ad-hoc PA/secretarial support to the 3 other senior directors .
Your CV should demonstrate recent experience at this level and highlight your knowledge and exposure to the following:
Day to day production of high quality paperwork - including the collation and production of board and committee papers
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Collating Board and Committee papers.
Complex diary management and scheduling.
It is essential that you have experience of arranging high end fine dining restaurants and travel arrangements
Collation and preparation of monthly expenses
You will also need:
A good educational background.
Be a confident user of the MS Office suite specifically including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. ( including Mail Merge)
Of paramount importance are high levels of accuracy and an eye for detail.
