We are working with an exciting public sector department based in central Swindon who are looking for an experience PA to support their CEO daily. The position is a full-time role working 37 hours/week Monday to Friday and initially for 9-12 months cover, offering an hourly pay rate of £10.84.
You will be responsible for provide effective support to the CEO in discharging their leadership and management responsibilities, helping ensure that the senior management team meets its overall objectives. In addition to supporting the CEO the role holder will also be expected to provide administrative support to the Head of CEO's office and Director Organisational Development. You will be supporting the day-to-day running of the office, administration duties including travel booking and management, in-box triage and responding to correspondence as well as diary management. You will largely work autonomously with guidance from the Line manager.
To be considered for this role you must have proven PA, EA or Office Management experience and strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships.
This role is within a government organisation and to be considered for this role you need to complete our compliance procedure as well as a DBS security check.
