Brook Street Birmingham are recruiting for an exciting client based in Wolverhampton for an experienced P.A / Administrator.
The role itself mainly is to provide support to the portfolio director and ensure a high level of administrative support or duties outlined by the director themselves.
Preparation of monthly agenda's, attend crucial meetings and produce concise and accurate minutes to allow the distribution to other board members.
You will chase all outstanding actions from previous meetings and ensure completed in a timely manner.
Ensure confidentiality at all times whilst demonstrating high levels of discretion and ensuring each response to deadlines are met.
Other duties may be considered within the scope of the post and it may be that you will be required to provide support with these also.
Handle information sensitively and confidentially as required.
Most importantly the chosen applicant has experience of attending complex board meetings and producing concise & accurate minutes of the meeting as well as having complete knowledge of the full range of PA / secretarial admin duties and is has experience of arranging meetings and Diary Management at Director level.
