We have an exciting new opportunity for a PA to join one of our Government based clients which are in Westminster. This role will be to work in the office 2 days per work and the rest of time working from home (this may change to 3 days office based from mid July)
Working hours are 37 per week, working Monday to Friday
Pay rate - £14.66 per hour
Key responsibilities of the posts include:
oDiary and inbox management and support for ensuring that commitments and competing demands are efficiently managed and future needs anticipated to enable them to operate effectively
oProvide support to the wider Directorate Support team, including the opportunity to get involved in the delivery of business support activities including the organisation of the directorate's L&D programme, reward and recognition
oProviding secretariat support for meetings. Setting appropriate and relevant agendas and accurate minute taking to ensure all action points are dealt with in a timely manner.
oUndertaking transactional activity to support recruitment, on-boarding, and exits of staff.
oData collection and performance reporting to support briefings and business activity.
oBe a proactive member of the International Rights and Constitutional Policy Directorate, contributing to the overall impact and professionalism of the team, including encouraging continuous improvement and promoting ideas to improve ways of working.
The postholder must be able to work confidently with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and MS Teams. They must be highly organised, able to multi-task and respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a DBS clearance and provide 3 years references.
