Based just outside Abergavenny, this company has been established since 1908 and their focus is to produce innovative and unique decorative aluminium trim for the automotive industry.
You would be providing executive administrative support to the General Manager of the company. This would include organising meetings, circulating agendas, attending internal meetings and customer meetings, producing and circulating accurate minutes, diary management and preparation of presentations for the Management Team and collecting/presenting data in Excel spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and being able to transfer the information into Powerpoint presentations where applicable
You would need excellent computer skills, (microsoft office), knowledge of administration systems and relevant process flow, to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and innovative and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Executive assistant experience is needed.
Salary is dependant on experience.
