Job Description
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level for 3+ years and have a background dealing with directors of a large company?
Are you looking to be apart of a forward thinking and thriving Liverpool company?
You will need to have the below to apply:
5+ years` experience in administration
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external
Be a Self-starter and can work well under pressure
Able to prioritise, run reports and manage a large work load
Manage Director`s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and relocation as necessary.
Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
Personal life maintenance support for tasks such as booking appointments, rearranging of diary commitments to ensure attendance
Methodical and pragmatic approach to working
Event planning as required
Attendance and support to the Director as required on cross country events
Confident, assertive whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Travel co-ordination
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director
Skills / Ability
A proactive, hands on approach is essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills
Polite, professional customer oriented telephone manner
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
A flexible, pro-active approach to working including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.

Ability to draft clear and focused letters and reports
Flexibility and adaptability
Trustworthiness
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
