Job Description

We have a new role available for a 12 month FTC (maternity cover) PA to Head of HR for our client- a successful City Underwriters to start the end of March 2019

You will provide full PA Secretarial and administrative support to the Group HR Director and general secretarial support to the HR Team.

The key to this role is someone who ideally comes from an Senior PA role with an HR background( or alternatively a corporate blue chip environment ) who has very strong IT skills specifically in MS Office - including advanced Excel

PA support will include the organisation of diary, meetings, travel and expenses as well as related HR administration as necessary although you will have the support of the HR admin team.

We are looking for loyalty ,flexibility and commitment from candidates coupled with a high degree of professionalism and communication skills to be able to liaise at the highest levels.

This is NOT a 9-5 role and there will be a need for a regular commitment to work outside of core hours- It is more likely you will work until 6pm most evenings.

The top end salary would only be available for solid PA experience in HR.
