Job Description

Our client a really professional and friendly Insurance Company in Fenchurch Street in the City of London are urgently recruiting for a Senior PA to support the HR Director and provide wider HR admin support to the HR team

They are looking for a senior PA with HR experience who is looking for a busy and diverse role covering both PA and HR Admin duties

Your PA duties will include :
Day to day production of high quality paperwork, including generating contracts, presentations and reports.
Diary management and scheduling.
Monthly expenses.
Invoicing.
Travel.
Record maintenance, including HRIS, and archiving.
Update department trackers, on a weekly basis.
Supporting key HR processes, generate mail merge documents, such as salary review and bonus letters.


You will also support the wider HR team with a variety of duties which will include:
Assist with the recruitment processes:
arrange interviews, liaise with Recruitment Agencies, book meeting rooms and provide feedback, as directed.
Oversee and prepare recruitment documentation, Recruitment Authorisation Forms, Job Descriptions, CV's, Short Lists and job offer documentation.
Prepare and send Contracts of Employment and monitor the return of signed copies.

You will also support the HR Director on various ad-hoc projects throughout the year



This role needs a confident and enthusiastic PA who has HR experience and is flexible and willing to work hard to provide the HR Director and the HR team with strong support.
You will need to be a VERY confident MS Office user and be happy with creating professional Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations

. You will also need to using Mail Merge regularly.

The hours you will be expected to work are 9am - 6pm however you will need to start at 8.30 on Weds and be happy to work later if required by the HR manager on an ad-hoc basis.

£45000 plus an excellent range of benefits
