My client an international law firm is seeking a paralegal to join their motor team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team on a permanent basis and fantastic city centre location.

You will be using their in-house system to handle your own case load of injury and non-injury claims arising out of road traffic accidents for a number of insurer clients.


Your duties will include:

" Analysing evidence and preparing strategies for resolving claims.
" Handling simple procedure, summary cause and ordinary cause matters
" Taking statements from witnesses
" Investigating the value of claims
" Negotiating settlements
" Considering expenses arguments
" Instructing appearance at hearings and proofs

To succeed as a Litigation Paralegal you will ideally have experience of handling your case load, whether pre litigation or litigate, but this is not essential. You will be proactive whilst using your own initiative, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time. We're looking for an enthusiastic team player who is motivated for a career in insurance litigation.
