The Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Paralegal or Legal Executive

Due to clients expansion and growth they are looking to add more staff to their Conveyancing to our team. They are looking for solicitors, paralegals and legal executives with significant experience in Residential Conveyancing.

This full time role will be varied and challenging, where you will work on your own caseload of quality residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, right to buy, leases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and more.

The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from inception through to completion, working with a range of clients from individuals to developers and investors. Applications will be accepted for candidates with at least 3-5 PQE.

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following:

A background in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Experience of managing a small team
Strong communication skills
A strong desire to learn
Enthusiastic and ambitious
Hardworking
Organised
Adaptable and accommodating
Have a smart and tidy appearance
Excellent attention to detail
IT competent
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
