Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working with our well established Financial/Wealth Management client who are looking to recruit an Experienced Para Planner

The Paraplanner will work closely with the financial advisors and directors to ensure all compliance standards are met. The successful candidate will be provided with a broad exposure to financial planning matters, a market leading salary and a benefits package in a friendly and rewarding environment.


Key responsibilities:

* Work directly with senior financial advisors
* Prepare research and suitability reports for HNW clients
* Ensuring all documentation and processes are completed for each client o
* Confirm risk profiles and client`s objectives Identify information
* Organise recommendations and identify areas for planning
* Consider asset allocations and investment strategies
* Prepare recommendation reports Implement recommendations
* Prepare suitability letters
* Complete application forms
* Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order and implement plans
* Review client files, portfolios, products and processes Attend and organise meetings
* Review portfolios and initiate review meetings
* Management of financial planning solutions (investment, retirement, tax and estate planning) supported by the production of computer models and reports
* Work closely with administrative staff to ensure application and provider forms are prepared as required and clients are updated throughout the process
* Work closely with other professional advisers, solicitors and accountants to implement an agreed action plan

Essential Criteria:

* A minimum of a three years in an IFA setting
* Level 4 qualification
* Excellent administrative, research, report writing and communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills with a preference for working in a structured, planned manner

Salary would be confirmed after interview and based on previous experience / qualifications
