Our client, based in LE7 is looking for an accounts assistant to join their busy, small team.
Our client offers a unique product and a professional working environment. They have a workforce of around 50 people and are based in a beautiful, picturesque location.
The role is purchase ledger lead and so the candidate must have experience within this and know how the process works, however the client will offer training on SAP, which is the system they use.
Within this role your duties will be the following:-
Dealing with invoices - coding and matching them correctly.
Processing payments, expenses, dealing with credit cards and payments.
Chasing and handling telephone queries.
Payment runs for employees.
Dealing with foreign currencies in an accurate and timely manner such as US, EUR, GDP and AUS and sending out payments to supplies.
Ideal candidates will need to have a good eye for detail, background knowledge of a purchase ledger and an understanding of payments and credit notes. You will need to be reliable, focused and consistent. AAT qualification is desirable but not a necessity if you have the experience. You will also need your own mode of transport.
The hours are flexible as long as you commit to working 4 hours per day between 9-5 Monday - Friday.
