Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a team in Guildford working for a leading manufacturing company.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work 12 / 15 hours a week with some account administration experience, paying £11 - £12 per hour - this is a temp to perm opportunity and keen to get the right person on board asap.


Day to day duties will include:

- Assist with administering outsourced payroll service including analysing time sheets and producing reports. A basic understanding of payroll would therefore be advantageous.

- Invoice processing

- Petty cash

- Bank transfers

- Manage healthcare scheme

-General administration as required

Ideally you will have a basic knowledge of payroll and you will need previous experience of purchase ledger, sales ledger, invoice processing, bank recs, expenses and petty cash.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, highly organised and have great attention to detail.
