Working in our small, friendly accounts team at our Head Office in Fleet. This role will involve working closely alongside the Advisers and Administrators and maintaining client relationships.
This role will require the ability to self-manage workloads, set daily priorities and have the confidence to balance varying tasks throughout the day including but not limited to; Maintaining and recording accurate fee and commission payments on our back-office system, downloading diary entries and cross checking, recording income received, production of monthly re-numeration and pipeline reporting, investigating outstanding and overdue income payments and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure accuracy of data.
The accounts department is detail oriented, in applying for this role you should have strong numerical knowledge, the ability to learn new software quickly, a keen eye for detail and an excellent understanding of excel, you must be happy to work in a small team using your own initiative. You will be required to communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner both written and oral. You will need the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
