This is a part time, permanent position, 3 week days, 10am-4pm and a Saturday 9am-4pm, ideal for anyone that is looking for a step back into the work place, or a reduced hourly week to fit around kids or other commitments.

Your main role will be to provide administrative support to the fast paced Worcester branch team dealing with incoming calls, post, contracts, booking in gas compliance checks, property inspections and other general administrative duties when required.
You will be a fundamental team member to help maintain the work load of Property Managers and the Sales and Lettings team and support the workload that contributes to the success of the business.
Ideal candidates must have strong administration skills and confident customer service abilities. You will communicate with tenants, colleagues and clients at all levels so must have an excellent telephone manner, communication and organisation skills.
