PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR -
(20 Hours per week - £16-18k)
Brook Street are currently working with the worlds largest networking company within office environments.
Our client is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their Swansea team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Front of House experience
- Customer service both face to face and by phone
- Microsoft office skills Word and Excel
- Administration Experience
Duties of the position:
- Key point of contact for customers and visitors
- Primary resource in assisting customers within the centre: Showing to meeting rooms, preparing office for move in, troubleshooting and basic technical issues, programming phones, moving furniture providing teas and coffees.
- Ensure the centre is kept "Show ready" meeting rooms are cleared, show offices are spotless etc
- Delivering customer mail answer their phones, take messages, booking meeting rooms
