Job Description

This is an exciting newly created position for a Part- Time Administrator located in Chelmsford.This will be working for an award winning Estate Agents in multiple areas around Essex. The company has a fantastic training plan in place and they really look after their employees which has enabled them to expand and build a fantastic reputation.

You will be administering a bespoke database which has been developed for landlords. The successful individual will work 5 days between Monday and Friday either 8.30am to 2.00pm or 9.00am to 2.00pm.
You will be setting up accounts for new customers, make sure that all internal documents being uploaded by colleagues and are labelled correctly, then placing them into the correct locations so they can be easily accessible by our customers.
Also providing remote support and guidance via email to new and existing customers on how to find their way around the portal and assist with its ongoing development.

The ideal candidate would have a background within residential letting, within administration, property management or renewals.
You will need to live within a 30 minute commute to Chelmsford by car.
