Part Time Administrator

Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a part time administrator to work on a temporary to permanent basis based in Coventry.

Monday to Friday, 9.30-14.30, 25 hours, immediate start.

The ideal candidate will need to have a good solid work history and reliability is key.


Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Rating and Billing Air Import Shipments
Processing Corrections
Managing Duty and Vat ledger
Managing and answering emails
Liaising with internal and external customers
Filing
Passing Invoices
Managing customer contracts
