Job Description

A leading Industrial Electronics and Communications agency are seeking an experience part time Internal Sales Administration co-ordinator to join their fast paced friendly team.

The role will involve -

  • Telephone & email Sales Desk enquiry processing;
  • Preparation and expedition of customer queries & quotations;
  • Sales Order entry, monitoring & progressing;
  • Liaison with our site installation activities;
  • Manage and develop good customer relations;
  • Assist with general commercial and technical activities and promotions;
  • Coordinate quotations, schedules & orders for the Plug-and-Play Traffic Signal Division; and
  • Interface with production to ensure Plug-and-Play deadlines are achieved.

This is a part time role working 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday but hours are flexible depending on the candidate. Please apply today, my client is keen to get the right person on board asap.
