A leading Industrial Electronics and Communications agency are seeking an experience part time Internal Sales Administration co-ordinator to join their fast paced friendly team.
The role will involve -
- Telephone & email Sales Desk enquiry processing;
- Preparation and expedition of customer queries & quotations;
- Sales Order entry, monitoring & progressing;
- Liaison with our site installation activities;
- Manage and develop good customer relations;
- Assist with general commercial and technical activities and promotions;
- Coordinate quotations, schedules & orders for the Plug-and-Play Traffic Signal Division; and
- Interface with production to ensure Plug-and-Play deadlines are achieved.
This is a part time role working 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday but hours are flexible depending on the candidate. Please apply today, my client is keen to get the right person on board asap.
