Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for a part time admin assistant to provide support to our public sector client on a temporary basis

Our client offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into the public sector environment

The role is part time 25 hours per week, hours and days to be agreed directly with the client.

As an admin assistant you will be responsible for providing admin support to the business hub team

Duties may include but not be limited to

* Inputting data
* Printing and scanning
* Post duties
* Answering telephone calls and taking messages

The role is subject to security vetting and 3 years referencing

Due to the location own transport is an advantage as public transport links can be limited

Ideal candidates will be a team player and organised with a can do attitude. You will have some basic admin experience or have completed and passed an admin course and be looking to start gaining experience within the public sector

Our client requires the following

* Good communication skills
* Good basic admin skill
* Good knowledge of microsoft packages

The pay rate is £8.21 per hour and benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
