Our client is seeking a temporary, part-time administrator who will be working from home. The role will be preferably 5 mornings a week (Mon - Fri) completing 18.75 hours. This will be a working from home role.
You will be supporting the Head of Quality with collating and uploading data relating to COVID-19 and managing the inbox.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
Updating and maintaining databases
Providing administration support
Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Liaising with internal/external contacts
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and have an intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
You will be required to have good Microsoft Excel skills. You must be organised and a clear communicator both verbal and written.
The rate of pay is £9,28 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
