Based in Openshaw, this company is looking for an experienced administrator to work 20 hours a week.
It's an industrial organisation with various departments so you would provide support to different people. So you need to be a good all rounder with a flexible attitude to help out where needed.
The role will involve:
Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries
Recording invoices and cross checking these, supporting the hire team
Sending correspondence, dealing with emails
It's a great company to work for with a friendly working environment. You would be working 20 hours a week, this can be arranged to suit you but must include Fridays
You should have a previous administration background, have good IT skills and a confident telephone manner. The ability to work within a team is important. Salary around 9.00 per hour, depending on experience
