Job Description

We`re working with a surgery in North Leeds, looking for a part time document administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role is part time, 20 hours per week:
Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm

Within the role your duties will include:
Administrative tasks relating to patient records, including filing, document management and ensuring patients can access reports and prescriptions
Scanning and categorising all incoming documents and ensuring all notes and additional information is updated on internal systems.
Forwarding referral documents to nurses and doctors
Assisting with reception duties when busy
Working to strict confidentiality

Our client is looking for an experienced administrator, with a keen eye for detail
You`ll need to have excellent customer service skills alongside confident administrative skills.
Experience within the NHS/Medical surgery is essential for this role.
You must also be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Our client offers a salary of £17,500 pro rata (£8.95 ph) with salary review after probation.
