Our manufacturing client based in Pitstone is looking for an Part Time Administrator to join their team.
With your confidence, organisation, excellent telephone manner and willingness to learn new skills, this could be the role for you which is paying between £15,000 to £18,500 depending on the agreed hours which would be working between 24 and 30 hours per week.
You will have a working knowledge of computers using Word, Excel and Powerpoint and sales order processing (preferably SAP.) You will be confident on the phone speaking with customers regarding service visits and general service engineers movements and have great customer service skills. You will assist with the general day to day activities in a busy sales and service office
You will be expected to assist as and when required with Sales order processing, logging and tracking, stock control and purchase order processing and also administration service contracts.
