I am currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a Temporary Role until at least September 2021


PART TIME HOURS - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1pm
OR
2.5 days per week will be considered - But must be flexible to attend and tminute meetings


Based at HMP Prescoed - This role is prisoner facing and the job holder will be required to undertake the following responsibilities and duties:
" Maintain filing on a daily basis to provide effective recordkeeping, in line with local procedures.
" Ordering resources for the department.
" Store records appropriately.
" Deliver and collect post where appropriate.
" Attend Prisoner forum meetings and take minutes.
" Provide administrational assistance in area of work.
" Respond to queries relating to area of work.
" Participate in quality assurance process.
" Work with prisoners as required.

Skills required:
" Good understanding of I.T. Ability to work with spreadsheets.
" Ability to procure and order items through our procurement process.
" Be able to take minutes.
" Work alongside the residential management team in an office environment.
" Demonstrate some degree of flexibility regarding attendance.

Rate of pay £9.06 per hour for 12 weeks - Rising to £9.87 per hour
