We have a number of vacancies available with one of our leading Bradford clients, looking to recruit a new team of customer service advisors on a permanent basis.

Due to growth our client are looking for experienced, talented and customer focused advisors. You'll be joining a fortune 500 company in their well-established Bradford offices.
Part Time hours: 4 days per week 11am - 3:00pm. This will include working full time hours for the first 3-4 week training period (After training you will also work Saturday shift 9:00am - 1:00pm, this will be rotated once the team is at full capacity)
Full Time Hours: 8:45 - 5:15pm Mon Fri, with Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm (as above this will transition to a rota basis)
A day in the life of this role will include:
Acting as first point of contact for customers, via telephone and email
Answering queries and providing advice and guidance
Processing new applications on to the system
Using your skills to ensure that all queries are resolved in a professional, customer focused manner
Ensuring information is relayed to other departments when required
Guaranteeing all correspondence is handled within the correct timescales and in line with FCA standards.
We`re looking for supportive and customer-centric candidates, who love working as part of a close knit team.
You must be able to pass a credit check to be considered for this role.
You must have a professional telephone manner
Have a positive & helpful attitude
Experience working in a call centre is desired
Applicants must have previously worked in a customer focused role.
