A lovely 6 month FTC has just arisen to work for a really great company in the heart of the City of London for an experienced Secretarial Assistant to their Senior PA
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week until February 2020. They are very open on the days that you work but would prefer Mon/Tues/Thurs OR Mon/Wed/Thurs ( they do not need you on Fridays) They would also be open to someone who wanted to work 4 days per week at shorter days - excluding Fridays- (however they cannot accomodate working from home or term time working)
You will be supporting the lovely senior PA with a wide range of duties including:
Provide a complete PA service; e.g. maintaining calendar, managing emails, producing papers, correspondence and presentations, organising (inter)national travel, currency, arranging hospitality and managing expenses, all often with minimal direction.
Monitor, evaluate & action incoming email / correspondence.
Flag emails for immediate action and assist with filing.
Maintaining confidentiality, at all times, total discretion.
Assist with European / Overseas business travel, prepare trip itineraries. Ensuring all documentation provided.
Assist in arranging meetings; prepare agendas, compile presentations as necessary.
Assist with expense claims.
They need applicants with
Microsoft capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organisational skills
Good typing skills
Full PA experience of at least 2 years for higher management level.
Salary £15000 - 16200 equivalent to £25-27000
