This is an excellent opportunity for a long-term role within one of our public sector clients in Belfast.
The Band III Personal Secretary to work with our client from 0900-1400, from Monday to Friday, and equates to 25 hours per week. The rate of pay is £8.90 per hour, and the role is classed as an ongoing role.
Candidates must have copy-typing experience, must have five GCSEs at grade C or above (or the equivalent of that), and must have good IT-literacy.
The duties in the role will include copy-typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, emailing, ordering supplies via an online procurement site, entering data into and utilising two CRM systems daily, booking appointments, and updating a central database.
