Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a banking organisation as a Customer Service Representative in Bolton. You'll be the first point of support for customers in the telephony banking teams

You'll be working a minimum of 21 hours per week over 5 days. This will include a Monday (09.00 to 14.00) and Saturday (09.00 to 13.00) plus 3 days during the week.
Bank Holiday working is a feature of this role

What you'll do:
Whether it's carrying out day-to-day banking transactions like paying bills, or helping customers identify products and services that are right for them; you'll be on the other end of the phone to take their calls.
Supporting customers to let them know their options so they can make informed choices.

What you will need:
This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.
What is vital is your dedication and passion when it comes to helping customers. You'll need to be a real people person, with excellent listening and communication skills.
Good keyboard skills

As this role is working within financial services, you will need to be able to pass a credit check as you will be screened before employment starts.
