Job Description

Our Bradford based client are currently looking for an experienced administrator to support their senior buyer.

This is a part time role, 20 hours per week working 11am - 2pm Monday to Friday.

Within the role you will assist the senior buyer with administrative duties, ensuring spreadsheets are updated accurately and communicating with suppliers via telephone and email.
You will also aid with the sourcing of goods, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers.
Arranging samples.
Coordinating parcels and deliveries, liaising with couriers and suppliers.
Conducting quality inspections of goods.

We're looking for an experienced and organised candidate.
Experience within an office based administrative position is essential.
Candidates with experience arranging samples are highly desired.
We're also looking for superior communication skills as a large part of the role will involve liaising on behalf of the senior buyer, so an excellent telephone manner is also essential.

Our client offers a salary in the region of £16,000 - £18,000 (pro rata)
20 hours per week
