CDS Business Support Administrator (Part Time)
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is until June 2019 initially

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Part Time CDS Assistant. This is a contract role based in Reading until June 2019.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £15 per hour, based on experience, plus benefits

As the Consumer and Device Sales (CDS) team, our purpose is to work with ecosystem partners to build, market, and sell a winning portfolio that delights customers and earns fans around the world. The CDS EMEA Category Sales Management (CSM) team is the centre of excellence for cross-category execution, performance, planning, sales and marketing. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate company business objectives locally.

Responsibilities
This role reports to the EMEA Category Sales Management Lead who is manager of the CSM team and thus is responsible for creating, orchestrating processes and delivering projects across all categories. This means the Business Program Administrator assists the CSM Lead execute the role in the following areas:
" Coordinating meeting schedules for planning activities and RoB
" Prepare Category LT team meetings and follow ups
" Plan, organise and run internal events like offsites, All-Hands etc.
" Project management and process-based work, simplifying processes without compromising outcomes
" Centralise information using company tools and applications
" Cascade information (video, teams, email, training)

Key Outcomes:
" Advance scheduling of key RoB meetings for the Category Sales Management Team
" Well organised communications plan including security group management and active channel on the CDS EMEA team
" Productive LT meetings with good time and agenda management
" Good team morale and feedback from offsites and All-Hands meetings
" Project outcomes delivered on time with effective stakeholder management and communication

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" 3-5 years related experience
" Experience within Project Management, Business Planning and/or Sales Operations
" Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers (required)
" Proven skills with company tools and applications
" Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organisational abilities
" Intermediate problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills (required)
" Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate across groups effectively
" Must be a self-starter, pushes self and organisation to take on challenges; likes challenges and is excited by them
" Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) beneficial and/or experience in relevant fields e.g.: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance
