Job Description
Brook Street has an opportunity for a Part Time Communications Assistant to join a fantastic employer on a temporary basis. The hours of work can either be 9:30 - 5:30 Monday and Tuesday OR 9:30 - 5:30 Tuesday and Thursday. This role is expected to last a month

What will you do as Communications Assistant?
- Assist the team with campaign and marketing activity
- Create presentations, documents, reports, and external communications using digital graphics and desktop publishing software
- Support the organisation of events and activities
- Write and edit communications content, including website news stories and social media posts
- Liaise with internal and external supplies to ensure communications work is delivered on time
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of communication with a range of audiences
- Experience of and confident in daily use of digital media in communications, including social media
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work as part of a team and independently under your own initiative
- The ability to handle multiple projects
