Job Description

Job title: Call Centre Executive -Part Time
Hours: 25 hours Monday - Friday rotation (9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm)
Including two weekend days per month
Location: Droitwich

My client is a well-established and highly regarded leading retail provider of niche care equipment across the UK. Due to continued growth they have a vacancy for a Contact Centre Executive to join their team on a pert time, permanent basis. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Contact Centre Executive responsibilities:

" You will handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email, dealing with incoming calls and contacting customers that have highlighted an interest in the products
" You will manage calls while inputting data into the system, booking appointments with the team for new and prospective clients
" You will deliver exceptional customer service at all times, being aware that you are dealing with individuals who are vulnerable and in need of special equipment for comfort and mobility
" You will contact new leads and all outstanding leads on a daily basis to convert to an appointment which meets the company criteria, working to targets and KPI's
" Upselling products and services where available



Contact Centre Executive desired Skills and Experience:

" Exceptional telephone manner and strong IT skills - Experience with CRM systems desired
" B2C Telemarketing and call centre experience preferred
" Comfortable working to targets with demonstratable background in this area
" Customer service focussed with an empathetic and caring nature
" Self-motivated, resilient and driven


The Contact Centre Executive position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £14 p/h which includes OTE, additional company benefits and a permanent, part time position within a highly successful and reputable company.
