Job title: Corporate Receptionist (1 Year FTC)
Hours: 4 days a week - Flexible
My client is an innovative, internationally successful software development company specialising in solutions for the Microsoft platform. They are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to provide maternity cover on a 1 years FTC.
Corporate Receptionist responsibilities:
" Undertake front desk administrative duties, distribute calls, organise meeting rooms and engage with clients, customers and visitors to the office
" Responsible for coordinating and administering day-to-day office/facilities operations, office supplies, fixture and equipment
" Provide first point of contact for service providers, physical security services, visitor/escort work-flow, mail and food delivery, vendor site visits and housekeeping
" Manage all Health and Safety, coordinate regular checks, drills and emergency events.
Corporate Receptionist desired Skills and Experience:
" Must possess previous experience in a reception, administrative or customer service role, preferably within a corporate environment
" Must have excellent written and verbal communication
" Strong and competent Microsoft Office knowledge
" Must be confident in communicating with staff and clients at all levels
This Corporate Receptionist position is a maternity cover role with the look of starting the successful candidate on or around July 1st.
