Role: Part-Time Customer Service
Hours: 3 days a week (24 hours) various shifts between 8am and 8pm Mon-Sat
This is a really exciting opportunity to work in the office call centre for a well known clothing brand in their bright and bubbly customer service team.
Your duties will include being the first point of contact for customer enquiries via letter,email or phone, keeping customer service records up to date, dealing with online refunds, dealing with faulty products, providing customers with stock updates, assisting customers with online orders and dealing with and logging complaints.
