Job Description

Brook Street is currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor on a 6months contract in the Harlow area. You will be joining the customer service team where you will be meeting the needs of the new and existing customers.

This position will be working full 3 days and working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. (21 hours per week)

Successful candidates can benefit from a highly competitive salary of £18,000 (Pro-rated)

Free parking and full training on the bespoke software packages will be given, you will need to happy dealing with customers via the telephone.

You will be part of a proactive customer service team duties include; managing customer enquiries, management of customers account including providing information and offering an outstanding service, customer Retention/ Upsells, assisting customers on websites design and support.

The ideal candidate will have come from a Sales or Retention background having excellent telephone manner, communication and IT skills.
