Job Description

Brook Street are looking someone to work in a customer service environment dealing with traffic queries and speaking with drivers.

You need to have experience with customer service previously, not afraid to pick up the phone and to be extremely confident.
Someone who can use a computer with no difficultly.

This will be to work on a flexible part time basis on a temporary contract, starting immediately.

Shifts are varied but are most likely late shifts, 2-8pm or an early 6-2pm.

Pay rate is between £8.21-£9.00ph depending on experience
