Brook Street are currently recruiting for a number of part-time, temporary Customer Service Advisors to work for the NHS Business Services Authority`s (NHS BSA) award winning customer service contact centre. They are a shared service for a number of NHS bodies and BSA departments with their contact centre based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne city centre, which has a number of excellent public transport links.

You will be on the front line, working on the EHIC and Overseas Healthcare line, predominantly dealing with queries surrounding the NHS and our access to healthcare in the context of BREXIT.

This opportunity offers:

- Part time weekend shifts: 1pm-6pm Saturday and 9am-6pm Sunday
- Excellent rate of pay: £13.54 per hour
