Brook Street is currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor in Stansted Abbots. This position will be working 3 full days Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are going to be the ideal but this can be flexible. The working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
You will be joining the customer service team where you will be meeting the needs of the new and existing customers.

You will be part of a proactive customer service team and will be responsible for all in and outbound calls dealing with the customers enquires, management of the customers accounts, customer enquiries and assisting customers on websites. You be welcoming all calls to customers and ensuring customers have an excellent customer service experience.

Free parking and full training on the bespoke software packages will be given, you will need to happy dealing with with customers via the telephone and confident dealing with customer complaints and resolving any issues.

The ideal candidate will have come from a Customer Service background dealing with an excellent telephone manner and excellent written skills.
