Job Description

Are you a strong relationship builder and a confident communicator? We`d love to hear from you! A Professional Customer Service / Sales Consultant is required to join a lovely, welcoming team who sell high end products.

This part-time permanent opportunity would suit somebody with excellent customer service skills, who has an ability to upsell and is immaculately well presented. Joining a successful team in a beautifully bright & warm showroom you will become a brand ambassador for this high-end range.

Day to day you will meet with prospective or existing customers, you`ll be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the products, providing unprecedented information and guidance. Organised and motivated in your work, you should have good computer skills & a fantastic telephone manner. You may be required to work alone on some occasions.

Shifts will be on a rota basis 4 days a week and you will be required to work every other Saturday. In return you can expect to receive ongoing support and training to learn about the brand, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays off, staff discount and pension.
