Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Salary: £19,450 per annum (Pro Rata)
Location: Barlborough, Chesterfield. Commutable from Rotherham, Worksop and Mansfield.
Contract type: Part Time - Fully flexible working hours between 8am-5.30pm
We have an exciting new job opportunity with an immediate start for individuals that are passionate about providing excellent customer service and can work well in teams! This is a part time Customer Service role based in Barlborough, Chesterfield. Our client is well established and have a fun and energetic work culture.
In this role you will:
" Be responsible for incoming calls and responding to customer emails
" Actively listen to and understand the needs of the customer
" Take ownership of customer enquiries and respond to escalated customer issues or complaints in accordance with agreed procedures
" Manage the administration of customer accounts, including data cleansing, setting up temporary accounts, collating reports, making bookings for additional services, dealing with invoice queries.
" Work in conjunction with colleagues across our depot network to resolve customer queries.
" Meet established goals for all metrics, including call and case quality, productivity and call handling KPIs, to enable us to provide the best customer experience
" Complete proactive outbound calls to advise customers on changes to services or relay other key information
Successful candidates must:
" Be self-motivated and driven with a positive can-do attitude
" Be able to work independently and as part of a team Customer focused, with a desire to take ownership of customer queries
" Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Effective time management and prioritising skills
" Demonstrate good knowledge of Excel and Word
" Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
" Have problem-solving skills
Key requirements:
" Previous customer service experience
" Able to commute to the office location
