Job Description

My client, UK's largest independent delivery network are looking for an Administrator to join the St Albans site within the warehouse offices.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity contract.

This is a great opportunity to join a small team for a successful company with over 20 years of growing business.

Your daily duties will be to assist the delivery drivers with their paper work .input all the required information on to spread sheets using a bespoke in-house system .You will also be required to respond to queries via email or by telephone..Additionally you may need to handle clients requirements and orders, assist with questions and enquires both over the phone and email and investigate any queries quickly and efficiently. Ideally my client is looking for a solid administrator with excellent communication skills and happy to deal with all related administration work.

The ideal candidate will have a bubbly and professional character with a friendly telephone manner who is flexible and prepared to help out in other departments, if and when required.

This role is a maternity cover with an hourly rate of £9 per hour.
The hours are 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday.
The company offer free parking, contractual sick pay, pension scheme and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
