We are currently recruiting for part time Executive Officers for one of our government departments in Liverpool City Centre. These are exciting opportunities working from 5pm until 9pm Monday - Friday. The pay for these positions is £9.08 per hour going up to £12.08 per hour after 12 weeks. These roles are to start in January 2019
Key Responsibilities may include:
o Manage attendance and performance and undertake line management responsibilities.
o Proven ability to meet customer service targets and deadlines.
o To ensure and provide assurance, through appropriate management controls, that all work is conducted according to Policy, Procedure and Best Practice guidelines.
o To manage all available resources effectively.
o To manage work flow and output to ensure service levels agreements and our customer promise is met.
o To maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy, procedure and best practice.
o To take responsibility for own performance and personal development.
o To actively manage and support staff through change - in particular the implementation of Multi Skilled Teams within operational areas.
o To support and lead teams throughout the transformation journey promoting themes and values and behaviours.
o Resolving staff based issues/queries.
o Updating Adelphi/Metis including sickness absence/Annual leave/flexi management etc.
o Holding regular team meetings including moderation meetings, Let`s Talk About, Take 5s etc.
o To complete checks on Examiner casework in line with set criteria contributing to the achievement of quality targets.
