Job Description

My client is currently looking for a part-time Facilities Assistant to support their department until 31/03/2020. This role will require you to act as a first point of contact for staff and visitors, and be responsible (as part of a team) for the provision of Facilities Management Services and other support for the Resources Directorate. The role will involve dealing with a range of issues to ensure that regional offices run effectively and safely.

The role will involve the operation of security systems, supervision of contractors, provision of stationary and other services. This involves procurement, financial record keeping and invoice processing. (Full training will be provided)

This is a part-time role, requiring you to work Monday - Friday from 08:00am - 12:00pm (20 hours a week). You will be paid £10.02ph on a weekly basis.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service experience and office administration experience in order to be considered for this role.
