Job Description

Part time Finance Administrator - Immediate Interview and Start!

I am currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator on a PART TIME basis (30 hours per week) for a company based in Leamington Spa!

The role is 6 hours per day and there is flexibility on start and finish times. The salary on offer is £18,000 per annum which will be pro-rata to part time hours - £14,400.

Benefits include Excellent holidays, Contributory pension, Permanent Health Insurance and Death in service insurance.

The business continually develops the process and systems that are being used and the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible with change that can also influence different process and procedures within the Finance Department.

In this position you will work in a small team and directly report into the Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for general all Finance Administration duties including but not limited to the following
Creating new suppliers/customers on to the Finance system
Dealing with customer/supplier queries and updating supplier details
Bank reconciliation
Credit Control
Entering invoices on to the system
Sales reconciliation with CRM
Credit card analysis
Managing of the company fuel cards
Managing Petty cash / reconciliation
Journal preparation at Month end for Credit card
Expenses analysis for VAT purposes and input into the system
Other ad-hoc duties

To apply for this position you will ideally have the following skill set:
Relevant experience as a Finance Administrator or within a Finance role Raising purchase orders
Knowledge of QuickBooks or equivalent with
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Knowledge of MS Excel and capable of using MS Office effectively
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

You will be a team player and be happy to pick up responsibilities/participate in projects on ad hoc basis. In addition to this you will have second to none communications skills with excellent attention to detail.
