Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for a part time Front Office Receptionist to join their busy team in Kidderminster.

This is a job share position working 2.5 days a week, Wednesday - Friday.

You will have daily dealings with customers and clients over the phone and in person, you will require a strong and confident personality to help direct them to their destination. You will operate the front desk and switchboard, organise meetings¸ assist the reception desk with travel arrangements, including flight, hotel and taxi bookings if required, provide administrative support to the Finance and Operation Directors PA, when necessary, support customer visits and log all visitors to the company and update the systems when required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible pro-active approach to work, being able to priorities tasks and re-arrange when required.

This is a permanent position. You will be offered a competitive basic salary based on prop rata hours worked plus additional company benefits.
