My client is a unique and busy office business centre, located in Evesham and they are currently looking for an experienced General Handy-Person Assistant with a proven track record in carrying out a broad range of repairs and maintenance, to join their team.
We are looking for a committed and responsible individual that is looking for a part time permanent role, with a fixed salary, in a reputable company.
Key responsibilities of the role:
" Carrying out all sorts of repairs that may be encountered in a large and busy office, including carpet fittings, basic DIY and general maintenance.
" Completing and keeping up to date Health & Safety records for all our property and our multiple office spaces.
This role is part time with 25 hours split over 5 days, Monday - Friday.
The right person for this role will have a positive, can do attitude and will take pride in their work. This position would suit anyone looking to keep themselves useful and busy for a few hours a day and enter into a friendly and welcoming team.
