Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to work part time 28 hours per week ?

We have a permanent role for an HR advisor to join the Southern Division of this leading national charity.

You will be required to work 28 hours/week WORKING FROM HOME with occasional travel to Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.. A COMPANY CAR IS PROVIDED but you must be able to easily commute to these offices at short notice

Your CV should demonstrate experience of employee relations casework such as grievance, TUPE, disciplinary and capability. You will have a talent for HR training, experience of successfully advising and coaching line managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle and have a gift for communication and building strong relationships

You will be an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD

This rewarding role is agile in nature with a blend of home working and regional travel on occasions. There is no office space for this role so you do need to be based in this area of the country.
