Job Description

Part Time Roles available - various hours and shifts to chose from.
Customer Service - Inbound
Hours are 1500-2300 with 30 mins and 2x 10 mins unpaid breaks.(5 hours shifts can choose what days min of 2 days in the week and what hours you start work ) Plus Saturday or a Sunday again 5 hour shift from 1500 till 2300 so again you can chose what time to start. Once your shifts are confirmed you can not change.

A thriving and dynamic company based in Wavertree are looking for strong , solid customer service advisers to join their ever expanding team.

The role is temp to perm for the right candidates after a 12 week period.

You will provide an exemplary level of customer service to all incoming customers.Dealing with online orders, online chats, complaints as well as general issues.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and the confidence to work well in a team environment.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key skills should include:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
The ability to work in a fast paced office
Excellent grammar and spelling - will be tested at interview as the company doesn't use spell check.
The ability to use your initiative to resolve issues, listen and be patient with all customers. As you will be the first point of contact via email, telephone and live chat.

No experience necessary and full training will be given.
